Online Purchases

If you wish to return an item purchased on our website, you may do so by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery date at help@sonobands.com. If the item is unworn or there is a production flaw, you will receive a full refund, or send you a new one, once the product is received by us. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return or exchange is due to a production or shipping error by The Company. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our hands and are in possession of the Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for stolen items or for items that are damaged or lost in transit. The buyer is responsible for obtaining insurance and filing a claim with the USPS for any issues related to delivery.

Management reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if it is determined the product does not meet our return requirements.

All sales, clearance, and special offers are final.
